0800-0815	Conference Introductions Bob Nimocks, Chief Executive, Zeus Development Corp Mr. Nimocks will call the meeting to order, outline the day’s agenda and introduce the opening speaker from the State of Israel.

0825-0910	Israel Growing Energy Demand Means Natural Gas Hezi Kugler, Director General, Ministry of National Infrastructures, State of Israel Israel, which has averaged 5% economic growth during the past five years, has made the commitment to use natural gas to produce more electric power for its economy. Mr. Kugler will discuss the context for the State’s LNG plans, including reviewing the background for the project, describing why LNG is so important to the State’s energy future, and providing a profile of the State’s natural gas demand – including the concept of the tender, rising environmental concerns for coal, expensive gasoil, etc. He will then review the timing for the LNG project and plans by the state to conduct a tender process for supply and the construction of a terminal by 2015. 0910-0925	Israel's Infrastructure Yeoshua Stern, Director General, Natural Gas Authority, Ministry of National Infrastructures, State of Israel Mr. Stern will review the current natural gas pipeline system, future plans and possible LNG terminal locations along the shores of Israel. He will then discuss the manner in which the State’s would support the winning bidder in establishing the permits necessary to build the terminal. The State of Israel welcomes ideas from industry concerning technology (proprietary or otherwise) that can be used to supply its natural gas needs.	Download Presentation 4,179KB
