We, within the State of Israel, are pleased to invite the LNG industry to attend this informational conference in Houston, Dec. 9, 2008, in order that we may alert the world energy industry of our growing market and the government policy regarding LNG, and learn from leadership within industry of opportunities for LNG supply to Israel.
            The conference will offer a review of the Energy Market, Natural Gas and main principals of the project in Israel as well as opportunities for suppliers to voice their reactions and observations. The State’s presentations will provide context for the LNG project, a review of the rapidly growing natural gas and power market in the country, an outline of the legal and regulatory environment for tendering and permitting one or more receiving and regasification terminals, and our preliminary findings concerning the siting of the terminal and timing of the development program. 
            Following the State’s presentations, one-on-one meetings with individual suppliers will be hosted to learn of capabilities, reactions and interests concerning the project as well as establish channels for continuing communication.
