Zeus Development Corporation is an information clearinghouse and consultancy focused on rapidly growing energy markets, such as (1) natural gas monetization, (2) coal and petcoke conversion to synthetic fuels and/or power and (3) upstream digital technology.
Increasingly, Zeus relies on its Virtual Energy Library™ of proprietary market data to provide analysis to clients and subscribers.
Founded in 1991 and privately held, Zeus is based in Houston and draws upon a network of employees, executive consultants and foreign correspondents around the world in such locations as: (1) Lagos, Nigeria; (2) Mumbai, India; and (3) Beijing, China.

Consulting and Deal Facilitation: Zeus Energy Consulting Group provides high-value services to the energy sector. Our practice concentrates on general advice and counsel, research-based planning and strategy development, market (supply/value-chain) analysis, supply/demand forecasting, pro-forma economic evaluation, techno-economic feasibility studies, cost studies, asset appraisal, optimization studies, tender process development and management, risk assessment and due-diligence.
We also help clients screen and identify optimal gas supplies for projects of large and small dimensions. The group commonly facilitates project development by introducing developers to reserve owners and assisting deal negotiations. Zeus maintains profiles of some 10,000 gas fields and lease blocks in 390 basins on its Virtual Energy Library. |

Bob Nimocks, Chief Executive
In 1991, Nimocks founded Zeus Development Corporation, an information clearinghouse and consultancy covering emerging markets and technologies in the oil and gas industry. The firm serves some 2000 customers and clients, including major energy companies, governments, oilfield services firms, etc. Zeus' extended enterprise includes about 35 staff, executive consultants and independent researchers. A former consultant with Accenture, Nimocks earned bachelors degrees in science and business administration from Mississippi State University in 1981 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1987.

Patrick LaStrapes, President
Patrick LaStrapes leads the firm's global energy practice. He brings 25 years of senior management and energy consulting experience. He has founded international energy businesses and has led the development of world-class energy projects valued in the $billions on four continents. He brings experience in developing the (1) physical infrastructure, (2) operating businesses, policies and governance protocols, and (3) legal and regulatory frameworks required in structuring a national gas & power industry. Mr. LaStrapes also brings a deep background in gas/power project feasibility and development, project/structured finance, due-diligence, documentation, risk mitigation, contracts (EPC, supply/offtake, transportation, etc.), gas & electric operations, rate structuring/design, utility economics & cost of service, regulatory affairs, energy policy and strategic planning. He has testified before state (provincial) and federal authorities and has prepared expert testimony in contested proceedings. Mr. LaStrapes holds an MBA degree from the University of Houston and a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. |

Amy Nussmeier, Vice President
A member of the company’s senior management team, Amy Nussmeier leads marketing and sales programs for all Zeus products and services. She also guides and contributes to energy market research and analysis on behalf of Zeus Energy Consulting Group in the areas of supply-chain development and expansion of global markets for natural gas; market integration; commercialization; and marketing strategy.
Ms. Nussmeier is also responsible for assuring that Zeus online ’ information platform, the Zeus Virtual Energy Library, is not only adding significant value to Zeus’ consulting practice areas, but is, most importantly, serving the diverse information needs of clients, hungry for market intelligence and statistical analyses, including international and independent oil companies, state governments, word-class engineering and construction firms, technology licensors, equipment suppliers, equity funds and lenders. She holds a BS degree in Management from Miami University, Oxford, OH. |

Tim Cornitius brings more than 20 years of experience in covering
such areas as natural gas markets, petrochemicals, lubricants
and coal. His experience includes analyzing supply and

and mileage for the U.S. Marine Corps and conducting
and maintaining energy statistical surveys and databases

Anoop Shah is a natural gas analyst for Zeus Development Corporation. Anoop’s research covers developments in the upstream natural gas and gasification industries. His role at Zeus has been dynamic, with editing duties for the Zeus Gas Monetization Report, management of research staff, and authoring upstream natural gas insight pieces. His commentary has covered topics like U.S. Energy Policy, geopolitical developments in Russian-European natural gas trade and M&A trends in the E&P industry. His analysis and insights have been featured on MSNBC online, Energy Current, and Reuters. Responsibilities include development and maintenance of the company’s Upstream Natural Gas module of the Zeus Virtual Energy Library, compilation of commercial and technical statistics for the company's Upstream Database, and reporting natural gas exploration & production news, providing a central source of upstream gas news and information.

Densel Galloway, Research Analyst
Densel Galloway is a research analyst for Zeus Development Corporation. Responsibilities include (1) sourcing and maintaining commodity price data, (2) responding to Zeus Virtual Energy Library user comments to assure data integrity and accuracy and (3) parsing daily news feeds from the Zeus news desk into the Virtual Energy Library. Mr. Galloway also works closely with Zeus IT personnel to maintain up-to-date mapping functions for the various Virtual Energy Library modules.
